My co-worker Karl (who provides the title for the post as well as the item) was going through a list of bug fixes and enhancements provided by a software vendor, in order to determine possible impact on our custom reports. He had just a little trouble doing an impact analysis on one particular item, whose description consisted entirely of the following line:

"An error occurring in an application upgrade script has been corrected."
