The expert panel of Deepak Ghimire and myself are hereby overruling the verdict of the original judges -- we accept their three finalists but they clearly got the order wrong.

Third place goes to our finalist from...Ireland! The judges were especially impressed with Mr. Ireland's tender romanticism. (He's holding her hand...how sweet.)

Second place goes to...Mr. Serbia! My friend Alexandra von Maltzen will be so proud.
