Our city has one that says "After you die, you will meet God" and nothing else (except a scripture reference and the phone number). These billboards seem kind of useless. Why not just pay to put scripture up there instead of ambiguity?
I was a bit surprized when i saw one of these billboards along the highway... and i LOVE them! they are brief and straight to the point. they make some people uncomfortable and therefore makes them wonder. hope it saves some souls!
I don't have a problem with these because I think everyone has the right to do as they please. I do wish that "Common Sense" or "Not Scared" was one of the choices though. I think we need more billboards that say "Know Jesus? Me neither and I'm doing great".
Some buddies and I called this number on our way back up to Canada from a trip to Syracuse to see a football game. We were lucky to speak to Pastor Ernest, from Texas, or some sourthern state. One could just tell from the accent. They really just preach to you about loving Jesus and some other nonsense. Pretty nice to speak to if you are respectful, made for a bit of entertainment on the drive home. They don't push anything, or ask for money...
I see this billboard on Pennsylvania's turnpike, northeast extension. I want to ask if they can put me through to Lucifer and claim a lunch reservation.
Also, I almost hope to get an automated system with a soothing voice:
