A little Bush-bashing

You don't have to have a solid grasp of statistics to know that Dubya's beloved "No Child Left Behind" program is the sort of breath-takingly stupid policy that requires its supporters either to be shamelessly dishonest or else to have the approximate mental capacity of the offspring of an unholy union between a rabid squirrel, a Rollerblade Ken doll, and Ralph Nader.

But knowing something about statistics certainly doesn't hurt.
