The ticket is paid for...

...so now I'm locked in: I'm going to Shanghai on 17 September. Will get back home 4 October. (Note to the potential felons among my Gentle Readers: there's no point in hustling over to my house to rob it as soon as I'm gone because plenty of people will still be there.)

So, I land in Shanghai on 18 September, legal documents in hand, and propose marriage. I leave Shanghai on 4 October. What happens in between...
